Que los que suscriben (documento adjunto) tuvieron en calidad directa o indirecta participación de una de las listas que postulan a
Primero que todo, la actual Federación de Estudiantes (Feubb) en reunión efectuada en el mes de noviembre dejó en manos del Consejo Directivo Ampliado (Consejo de Presidentes de centros de alumnos) la potestad de determinar bajo que Estatutos se regirían las elecciones, situación que a nuestro parecer constituye la piedra angular de las irregularidades, ya que solo existe un Estatuto de Federación legalizado y uno de carácter provisorio que no ha sido refrendado por los alumnos de la casa de estudios.
Este consejo determino llevar a cabo las elecciones bajo el mandato de estos estatutos no validados y no legalizados, por consecuencia la conformación del Tricel comenzó viciada y que sin argumento legal válido estableció un reglamento de elecciones más ilegales aún.
Solo para señalar algunas consideraciones mencionaremos el hecho que este reglamento estableció sanciones por faltas que cometieran las listas participantes, dichas sanciones consistían en el descuento de votos al final del proceso. (Falta grave 5% y falta Gravísima 15% de los votos.). Además si al momento del conteo de votos no coincidían las firmas con los votos y las colillas se procedería a la quema de votos elegidos aleatoriamente según la diferencia establecida.
Estos puntos que fueron denunciados en su momento no tuvieron asidero y las elecciones prosiguieron. Llegando al momento de ejecutarse sanciones de acuerdo a lo determinado por el reglamento. Castigo de un 15% de los votos contra la lista A por mala inscripción y faltas menores, situación que a nuestro juicio debía implicar la impugnación de la lista A ya que se inscribieron con 15 personas sabiendo que el máximo era de 14. Además de la sanción en votos se fijo la eliminación de la propaganda que tuviera mas candidatos que lo establecido en el seudo estatuto, situación que al final tampoco ocurrió, a pesar del continuo reclamo que hicimos al tricel.
El día de las elecciones, 14 y 15 de diciembre se prosiguió con las anormalidades, ya que flagrantemente activistas identificados de la lista A efectuaron propaganda, incitación e intervención en los alumnos al momento de votar, como así también vocales de mesa que intervenían en el proceso a favor de la lista antes mencionada.
Es por todo lo anterior que creemos que las elecciones deben repetirse y ser supervisadas por un agente externo que de plena confianza en la transparencia del proceso.
Sin duda, que al momento de redactar este oficio se nos quedara un sin fin de detalles más, pero consideramos propio solo mencionar aquellas más graves.
Estimados Señores, nosotros como jóvenes y futuros profesionales creemos en la ética, y por sobre todas las cosas en la democracia y sentimos que esta fue vulnerada en uno de sus principales pilares, la transparencia.
No es justo que en momentos en que la participación juvenil en la vida política de las diferentes instituciones esta en baja, se menoscabe aun más por el descriterio de algunos pocos que buscan pequeñas cuotas de poder con artilugios y sandeces. Si verdaderamente creemos en la participación activa y en la democracia no es permisible dejar pasar los hechos antes mencionados sin que no se pronuncien y tome medidas por partes de las instituciones que deben velar por cada gesto de transparencia y verdadera participación y justicia.
